Thank-you, dear seeker, for trusting me to look into the future for you. But, as it so happens, I think it's more important to look into the past. Your desires, the Six of Wands, speaks of your passions and showing people that you can be trusted to follow through on your words, but at the same time, it references past events and gives me the impression that you want to prove somebody wrong. Any truth to that?

This is further complicated by your habits, the Knight of Cups, which - when paired with your desires - shows that you're willing to make difficult choices and accept uncomfortable circumstances if they will prove the quality of your character to others. Certainly, a desire to gain knowledge and perspective from the edge of experience, but for what ends?

I think your attention is better turned away from what you'll do in the future to impress others, and toward what you can do in the present to honor existing obligations. In other words, if you want to change others' opinions of yourself, don't focus on what you can do to make yourself look better in their eyes, but focus on what you can do to be better in their lives. 

For those who deserve it, shower them with kindness and generosity. Contribute to their lives. And before trying to prove a point that you can follow through with your own obligations to yourself, prove through your actions that you can follow through with your own obligations to them.
