Hours

New students are welcome to walk in for any scheduled yoga class - no pre-registration required! Otherwise, all services are by appointment only within the hours of 12pm to 8pm, Tuesday through Saturday. Please call or email to make an appointment!

Tuesdays
  • 10.30am-11.30am: Yoga + Self Massage: In this class students learn to explore their own muscles and identify trigger points which often cause common aches and pains. Tools such as foam rollers, balls, and more help release these knotted trigger points and relieve pain.
  • 11.30am-8pm: By appointment only
Wednesdays
  • 12pm-8pm By appointment only
Thursdays
  • 10.30am-11.30am: Yoga + Tai chi: In this class, students will use elements of yoga to relax the body and then basic movements from tai chi are used to balance physical energy and enter a place of quiet strength.
  • 11.30am-8pm: By appointment only
Fridays
  • 10pm-2pm: By appointment only
Saturdays
  • 11am-12pmYoga + Somatics: In this class, students will place a strong emphasis on mindfulness. Focus is placed on body awareness as we move through a safe, slow sequence of postures.
