What to say? Education is usually a great thing, but then, sometimes it isn't. As difficult as most job markets are these days, the danger of being over-qualified is very real. The good news is that although this reading paints you as indeed being limited by your circumstances, it also shows you being very productive and successful with what you already have and know. Make that work for you. If you're good at what you do, and you keep doing it, greater successes will follow.
As far as graduate school goes, there's neither good nor bad news to be had here: there's nothing here to help you, but also nothing to hurt you. In other words, you can make of it what you will. Having said that, though, I think you'll find that the time you spend in school is time you spend away from furthering your career. You may not be where you want to be right now, but I think you'll be even further from it at the other end of a second degree.
