Hello, dear seeker; thank-you for trusting me to answer your question. Without even looking at the cards, and with history as my guide, it's fair to say that you'll get more of what you take in life, than what you request in life, so why are you waiting for him to ask you to take the next step in the relationship? You're an equal partner in this union, and if you expect to be treated a certain way, then you should say so. If he's not willing to do that for you, then you need to take the next step - which could be out of the relationship and into the arms of somebody who'll treat you the way you deserve.
Having said that, I don't think he's going to extend the invitation you want any time soon. You appear in this reading as using all your womanly qualities to entice him into your preferred course of action, but with this fellow, all the looks in the world aren't going to stir him to action. The reason for this is because he's already in a relationship - with himself - and isn't interested in adjusting his lifestyle to accommodate your desires. Now, I don't know you or him from a bump in the road, so if you disagree then you're very welcome to say so, but I think you're wasting your time waiting for him to indulge you.
