My present occupational field is okay.
I don't love it, but it still pays the bills.
I'd like to retrain for another job.

Work... another dirty four-letter word. So, I get from your description that you want a change of pace and a better paycheck, but are you sure that's really it? I mean, yes - if you need more money to pay the bills, then of course you need more money to pay the bills (or you have to reduce your bills) - but what I see here is that money isn't really the core issue.
When I look at these cards, I see that you'd be perfectly happy and successful in either your existing occupation or another. In your current job you've certainly attained a great degree of mastery. Is the issue really money? Or is it that you're tired of doing the same old thing that you've always been doing? I see a desire for something new and exciting. I think you're bored.
But that doesn't mean you can't be successful in another area. What I'm seeing here is that you'd do well at almost anything you pursued. I know this probably wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but what I'm seeing here is that you've acquired great experience in your present occupation and it's important for you to capitalize on that to achieve your best success. Other fields will open easily to you, but unless you come to terms with simply being bored of your occupation, your next occupation will turn out the same way.
