I hate my job. It fills me with stress and anxiety, and I detest my coworkers. I want to leave my job, but at the same time, I don't know that anywhere else will be different. What do you see?

Wow. That's a hell of a job - literally. I hope I won't add to your stress? To answer your question, we're looking at yourself in the middle, staying on the left, and leaving on the right. The good news is that, as far as hire-ability goes, you're well positioned. The Page of Pentacles shows you having a great wealth of experience in your field, but also experience in general, and this this means you can pick what's best for you. If you don't see that, look closer.
Staying at your present job produces work and activity for you, but it's also tremendously stressful and - regardless of how much you'd like to get ahead or how talented you are at your job - tends to keep you at the same level where you are now. Perhaps there's room for overtime, bonuses, commission, etc., but that's still you working at the same station. Upper management and other higher positions aren't an option for you where you're at now.
Now, if you need money to pay your bills, then you've got to work - no doubt about it - but if you decide to leave, I think you'll be happier for it. And not just because you're getting away from a toxic environment, but because you'll have more control over your long-term career plans. Perhaps you've considered self-employment or some kind of free-lancer lifestyle? If so, I think you'd do well for yourself, but like anything, what you get out of it really depends on what you put into it.
