So, thank-you Anonymous Heron for trusting me to answer this question for you. To get us started - as usual - I'm going to ask you a question of my own: for the move to be in the right direction, what precisely is it that you hope to accomplish? Certainly, if you're chasing work, then of course you need to do what you need to do. But if this is an elective move, in search of... something? I encourage to think carefully.
The short answer is that this move will certainly provide you a place to set your roots and get about the business of claiming a place of your own in life, but the long answer is, well, longer. The place where you're moving will keep you busy and provide you with ample stimulation, but it will also test the limits of who you believe yourself to be.
If you're looking for an easy choice, then this isn't it. But if you're looking for a choice that will make you question who you believe yourself to be - and in turn push you to achieve more - then you couldn't ask for anything better.
