Hello, Anonymous Wallaby! Looking for a change of scenery, eh? Well, since you asked my personal opinion (regardless of the cards) then I think that if you can't find tranquility where you are right now, you won't find it anywhere. But that's my personal opinion. As for the cards, they have a rather different answer.

The most important element in this reading is you, and in this case, you're a worrier. Or at least, you have a way of finding things to worry about even when they may not really be there. If you say that you're in a precarious place, then I'll take your word for it, but what I want you to consider is that you're seeing more problems than there really are. Taking a step back from your life to honestly and carefully evaluate it could do you a lot of good.

If you stay where you are and don't move to New Mexico, I think you'll have plenty of stimulating work to do. Are you a freelancer? If so, I can see where some of this stress is coming from, but you needn't worry about financial security: you seem to have all the authority and influence you need to stick it out for the long-haul. Is it stressful always chasing work and money? You bet. But do you thrive on it? I think you do.

Moving to New Mexico can certainly give you an opportunity to find perspective. Truth told, I think it'll give you all the perspective you can handle. Moving to a different state is going to completely eliminate your social contacts and all sense of social connection that you have where you currently are. In other words, you'll be able to honestly and carefully evaluate both who you were and who you are, but this will leave you feeling cut off from the larger community. Certainly this can change in time, but I think your imaginary problems will be replaced by real problems. Make your choice carefully.
