The important thing to remember here is that you are not powerless, and you are not unappreciated, but you are struggling to keep your head above water... as are at least a few other people just like you. When you feel like you're getting lost in a deluge of frustrations and anxiety, the very best thing you can do is shore up your defenses by seeking out others in the same situation. Loneliness and isolation are your greatest enemies. Meditate on this lesson.
