Happy Tuesday, Sault Ste. Marie! I hope the week finds you well. Assuming you've been here before, you're going to notice a lot of changes to our website. We've cleaned up a lot of the clutter and chosen a stream-lined appearance to keep things neat and tidy. And, as you can see above, we've also begun contributing to our YouTube channel! What you see above is our queen bee, Jen, giving an introduction to our yoga style and what students can expect from a class in our studio. After you've watched the video, come try a free class! Speaking of class hours, there is one exception to our schedule this week: due to an outside event, we will be closed from 5pm on Thursday. Regular hours resume on Friday. See you then!
