Hmm... we've had a bit of a roller-coaster the past few weeks, but this week is all about stability and control, and it starts with the individual. There's a time for change, but this week isn't it, so embrace the iron spirit of self-discipline and use it to indulge your passions and nurture your literal and figurative children with wisdom and caution. As the week progresses the sense of self-discipline wanes and we encounter a stronger need for controlling the actions of other people and situations, and in particular people and situations of your own creation. In other news, the studio schedule is the same this week as it ever is: you're welcome to walk in for any of our regularly scheduled classes, but other than that we're open by appointment only Tuesday through Saturday, 12pm to 8pm.
