Thank-you, dear Seeker, for trusting me to divine the future for you. Believe it or not, blind readings are among my favorite readings because of the unexpected surprises they can reveal. For this reading, I'm looking at your past, present, and future.
The past is the root of this reading which explains the theme, and I wonder: do you feel rushed, even pushed around by daily life - and in particular, your job? The 10 of Pentacles tells me that you feel you often don't have a choice in what happens in your life, and this urgency seems to lead you into worry about the future.
The reason I say that is because your Two of Pentacles shows your present as being intently focused on achieving some measure of status and achievement, or at least authority over your own life. There's nothing necessarily wrong with this, but this card - even though it appears in the position of the present - still references the future, which means you're distracted from the present by as-yet unachieved goals.
The future you're heading into is a lot like your past, so at least you do get back to resolving the root issue that pushes you urgently along this path. I see greater cooperation between yourself and the people you have to interact with on a routine basis, and this does show you in a position of power and authority - which is good for you - but remember the old warning: be careful of getting everything you wish for. Every card in this reading being Pentacles - and pip cards, too - shows that your life is caught up in one thing exclusively, and this narrow focus can set you up for other problems. Widen your vision to be certain you're not leaving anything out.
