Happy Tuesday, Sault Ste. Marie! For today's Tarot cards, I'm responding to an anonymous seeker who asks,
He hasn't called. Why not?

Dear Seeker: Pardon me for being contrary about this, but if speaking to him is so important, why don't you call him? Unless this situation has a social dynamic to explain why it's inappropriate for you to contact him first, with life as my guide it's safe to say that you're more likely to get what you take, as opposed to what you expect. Think about it.
Still, this reading does have some interesting messages. First off, "John" is the Fool: he wants no restrictions or limitations, and sees no benefit in obeying or respecting anybody or anything. Even if you caught this fish, you could be sure he'd go looking for other hooks.
You appear as the Moon, which is a card of uncertainty, but also untarnished reality. In other words, you're living a real life, with real limitations and responsibilities. If John entered into a relationship with you, he couldn't play it off like a dalliance - he'd have to face the uncomfortable reality that being with you would require him to, you know... grow up.
This relationship would create its own sort of calm and tranquility in your lives, but it would also require you to spend a great deal of time keeping this relationship from exploding. There's a lot more to John than what I'm seeing in these three cards, but from what I am seeing, you deserve better than him and should count yourself lucky that he hasn't tried to insinuate himself into your life.
